Meet Chef Brittney Gage, the heart behind Chef's Kitchen. A Fort Wayne native, Brittney's culinary passion was ignited early through a high school career program and later refined at Ivy Tech, where she graduated with honors with a double major in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. Her career spans fine dining, farm-to-table, and luxury hospitality. From overseeing million-dollar events as Banquet Chef at the Hilton Downtown, to honing her craft at the acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant Joseph Decuis, and rising to Executive Chef at Indiana's first luxury independent senior living community. In 2022, she took a leap of faith and founded Chef's Kitchen, driven by her desire to create intimate, personalized culinary experiences fully utilizing her flexibility and creativity. Her mission is simple: to bring joy to others through food, and to play a meaningful role in your most memorable moments.
